If efflorescence begins to occur on any part of a building, it is pretty much impossible to stop. Aside from balconies and tiling, efflorescence is a common sight excreting from rendered walls on many buildings in Sydney. By having Efflock in render, efflorescence will never occur, plus the render will be hydrophobic, therefore resisting rising salt damp, lateral damp and falling damp that can affect paint finishes.
